Generally acceptable, but the attitude of staffs needs to improve.
Good environment. Room was very clean and comfortable.Breakfast was almost the same for the 3 days, But taste was good. Walk to Shinsaibashi around 10mins.
The staffs service attitude needs to be improved. Since we have baby and old parents traveling with us, it will be more inconvenient. However,the senior employees are less impersonal in dealing with things, while the new employees provide very good service,. Maybe we are foreigners and don’t understand Japanese. And saw she smiled when she faced us, but her expression change the next second. Second is, the last day were too late to have breakfast, lucky the young waiter very nice to helped us prepare lunch boxes, but the kitchen staff saw that we were packing but she still take all foods away without asking.
